I am a professional visual artist based in Brooklyn, New York, specializing in painting, drawing, and sculpture within an abstract language. Born and raised in Stavanger on the southwest coast of Norway, I have been living and working between Norway and New York City since 2012, exhibiting my work both in the U.S. and internationally. In addition to my work as an artist, I have spent many years as an independent Teaching Artist, primarily in Norway, working with both young people and art college students. This experience has been integral to my artistic journey, and I look forward to expanding this rewarding role in New York City beginning in 2025. I am excited to offer mentorship and creative guidance to adults seeking to embark on their own artistic paths and personal growth.

I provide personalized, one-on-one sessions in the comfort of your home or any location of your preference, as well as group workshops for up to 10 people. Additionally, I suggest and lead gallery tours and museum visits to deepen the understanding of art in a collective setting.
